As a primary on-site representative for Promontory, the Winery Ambassador represents the culture and philosophy of Promontory. The Winery Ambassador will authentically live our values, with curiosity for people and the ability to understand and engage with others’ interests across different subjects. By providing exceptional hospitality and a memorable experience when hosting private visits and tastings and offering direct-to-consumer sales at the time of the visit, the Winery Ambassador will successfully establish and nurture long-term, repeat business from existing and new patrons.

The Executive Assistant to the Director of Hospitality will embody and communicate the culture of the Harlan Domain. The EA’s primary responsibility is to provide strategic administrative and operational support to the Director of Hospitality. This diverse position will cover not only general administrative duties in support of the Director but will also include a variety of projects to manage and take to completion, as well as managing communication with a discerning audience. The EA will use creative and organizational skills to execute with the highest level of detail and professionalism across the domain.

The Hospitality Liaison/Concierge will embody and communicate the culture and philosophy of the Harlan Domain. The Hospitality Liaison/Concierge will act as a conduit for all pertinent information between guests and patrons and various functions within the organization. Uses exemplary communication and attention to detail to surpass expectations with patrons and guests. This role will work closely with existing and new referral sources focusing on effectively yielding availability at the winery. This is a full-time role with benefits requiring regular weekend work shifts.

The Winery Controller will be responsible for all financial accounting matters, including general ledger, preparing and analyzing financial statements, administration of company policies and development of internal accounting controls, and the analysis of its related activities and policies. The Winery Controller will be primarily responsible for preparing the Company’s internal financial statements and various schedules and analyses for the Company’s quarterly reviews and special projects as necessary. The successful candidate will be a key interface to senior management and responsible for accurate, timely and polished financial reports and analysis.

The Property Steward is responsible for the aesthetic preservation of the Promontory property, aiding with the daily operations of the winery and all special events at Promontory. The Property Steward will provide a high level of service in fulfilling these tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
